Jacqueline Ozor, LLB BL

Jacqueline is a barrister and solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She obtained her law degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2013 after which she has maintained her practice in various areas of law, namely: immigration and refugee law, plaintiff-side personal injury practice; family law and criminal law. She has made successful appeals at the Refugee Appeal Division and successful application at the Federal Court. She has also successfully conducted trials at the Ontario Court of Justice in the Family Court. During her free time, Jacqueline likes to travel and spend time with her children. She will be happy to provide consultation on the areas of law she practices.

Christopher Nsoedo

Chris is a versatile member of the team with expertise on Immigration and Refugee Board representation. He navigates the all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board with finesse, and also an ace at developing personalised strategies for each unique situation. He is the right person to consult on the issues of Small Claims Court representation as well as other civil matters. Chris has a degree in political science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a Canadian-trained licensed paralegal and a licensed immigration consultant with honors. He is a member in good standing with both the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Chris is seriously involved in his Nigeria and Igbo community associations and also in the city of Brampton community, where he is a proud member of the mayor's Black advisory council.

Afua Yeboah Andoh-Adjei

Afua Yeboah Andoh-Adjei works as a Legal Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Law Ville Professional Corporation. She joined the firm in January 2024. Afua earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Central University, Ghana. Additionally, she is a Paralegal Graduate and a P1 license candidate. She is a committed and detail-focused professional with extensive experience in immigration and refugee law, as well as administrative law. Afua assists counsel with legal research, drafting, file management, client intake, completing immigration and refugee paperwork, preparing refugee clients for hearings, drafting legal documents (including affidavits, lease agreements, and letters), reviewing and proofreading legal documents and correspondence to ensure legal compliance, interpreting in various Ghanaian languages for the firm's Ghanaian clients, training new staff on basic company software and applications, handling billing, and coordinating with clients and government agencies (IRB, CBSA, various courts) to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Afua applies a strong knowledge of procedural requirements and a client-centered approach, enhancing the firm’s reputation for thorough and responsive legal services. Tiba Kunasekaran

Tiba is a licensed paralegal and office manager. She obtained her diploma from Herzing College. She is versatile and has the ability to wear several caps at the same time and produce excellent results. She has conducted successful case conferences at the License Appeal Tribunal on Accident Benefits claims, defends tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board and provide excellent administrative support to the office.

Shaihbaj Singh

Shaihbaj Singh is a committed Law Clerk, an internationally educated lawyer, and an NCA Candidate with legal experience in both India and Canada. He earned his B.A. LL.B. from Punjabi University in India and completed a Paralegal program at Humber Polytechnic in Toronto. Within the firm, Shaihbaj specializes in immigration law and civil litigation. He manages and processes appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada, ensuring that each case is prepared with great care. Additionally, he prepares pleadings and other legal documents for civil litigation, utilizing his strong drafting abilities and extensive legal knowledge to aid in achieving favourable outcomes. Shaihbaj’s training across different jurisdictions enables him to handle complex legal matters with professionalism, accuracy, and a focus on client needs. His dedication to quality, promptness, and thorough research demonstrates his passion for advocacy and securing the best results for clients.
